“Dart TV”, is Here! And More!

OK I’ll save “Dart TV” for last… (: OK well the mid-evil party has been extentend, as you can see here:

Hello Penguins!

If you haven’t already heard, the Medieval Party has been extended until May 25! And I heard the team is adding another free item!

Also, since this is one of the biggest parties ever, we’ve decided make this one of the biggest contests ever!  Not only are we going to increase the amount of winners, but we’re also adding to the size of prize! Judges will choose 20 winners instead of 10 and are awarding 25,000 coins to the top 10 winners and 15,000 coins to the rest!

Before I forget–there’s a new igloo in the igloo catalog today! Don’t miss it!

Some of you have been asking about what kind of igloos the judges will be looking for and so  here are some suggestions:

• Make it as creative as possible! (it not about having a lot of stuff in there)
• Make it a Medieval Theme
• Use a variety of furniture.  (we love to see new and creative uses for old furniture)
• Have fun!

Just remember, winners will be chosen based on the sort of creative scenes and rooms you can make–not based on the amount of coins you can spend or how expensive your igloo design is.

Hello Penguins!

Meeting up with buddies in Club Penguin is really important–I know because it’s something a lot of you say is difficult right now. In fact, it has been on of the top things suggested for improvement from many players! Your feedback on this issue has been a huge help. The team knew right away that one of the first improvements they wanted to work on was to make it easier to find your buddies when logging into Club Penguin.

Some of you had great ideas about making the login function better–a popular one was grouping worlds based on those you visit most often!

That’s part of what the team is working on right now. They are totally rebuilding the way you login to Club Penguin! The new login feature will make it a lot easier to locate your friends online–and the worlds will be grouped in a way that will help you stick with the buddies you play with most often.

The feature is still being worked on and as always, any suggestions or ideas you have will help make Club Penguin even better! So let us know what you think!

New Party!

There’s a mid-evil party! Here’s a new room they added:

It’s in the forest! And here’s the free item, it’s a cool looking shirt, it’s in the dock:

And I would just like to say, this is one of the best parties ever, why? Because I’m writing a whole paragraph about it! In the party almost everything is decorated, the party has rooms that look complete different, like the puffle shop for example, and the pizza place is completely different to! This party is one of the greatest parties of Club Penguin ever, they added the new room, and the thing that make this stick out, is how much effort they put in to it! Here’s some of the stuff they said:

I hope you’re all enjoying one of the biggest parties in Club Penguin history! We had a ton of fun looking through all of your ideas to make sure this party was the best it could be!

My favorite room is the new room in the Forest because I love the feeling of adventure. As always, we would love to hear what your favorite room is!

Be sure to look all over Club Penguin because there are a lot of new things that will only be available for this party! Also, please be sure to tell your friends because we hear from a lot of angry penguins when they miss out on a party as big as this one!

That this could be one of the best parties ever, and it might be for a long time to come, free items aren’t everything, it’s the effort you put in to it. The things that they did make Club Penguin look like, was almost like making a brand new Club Penguin. They added tons of special things, and what is most surprising, is the fact that they even had the party. They didn’t have to have this, it was all out of no where. Let this get this:

I wanted to be the first to give you a few details about the upcoming Igloo Decorating Contest. Many of you have been asking about when the next one would be and I can definitely tell you it starts on MAY 23!

Start saving your coins and when the new furniture catalog comes out on May 23 you can enter the contest simply by decorating your igloo! Winners will each get 10,000 coins and their igloos will be featured in the Club Penguin Times newspaper!

Hello Penguins!

Wow! Thanks for all your great feedback on the feature updates we’ve shared so far. It’s totally helpful!

Because of all your help, you are going to be the first to hear about one of my favorite new features the team is working on! I’m really excited about it and could hardly wait to let you know about it!

Over and over again, we’ve heard great ideas from you about improving postcards and now that the new servers are up and running we can add some of them.

The feature is called ‘Penguin Mail’ and it will be launched in the next few weeks along with the other features. It will be the first of a few big updates to the current postcard system in Club Penguin.

The coolest thing you’ll be able to do as soon as it is launched is SAVE all the post cards you’ve received and you’ll finally be able to send post cards to buddies even when they’re not online!

I’ll have more details on Penguin Mail as it gets closer to release. As always, let us know what else you’d like to see and what you think of things so far!
